Learning outcomes

After completing this module successfully you will have a fundamental knowledge of project planning and management. You will be capable of structuring and carrying out complex design projects methodically. Your thinking, actions, and problem-solving methods will be interdisciplinary. You will be capable of making a convincing presentation using appropriate language, gestures, and media, assessing yourself and the context effectively and will be able to present in German and English using an appropriate vocabulary.

Module content

1) Planning, organization, development, and execution of communication design projects, 2) Budgeting, 3) Analysis of the context of typical projects, 4) Planning resources and time, 5) Quality control, 6) Information and risk management 7) Project meetings and committees. Presentation of design results, concentration and breathing, use of presentation media and situations.
