Learning outcomes

After completing this module successfully you will be familiar with the fundamental analogue and digital techniques of visualization and be able to visualize and document different phases of the design process – ideation, analysis, conceptualization – for communication and presentation purposes.

Module content

Freehand drawing as an analytical design tool, 2-dimensional visualization with vector and pixel-based computer aided systems. The interplay of manual and digital illustration techniques. fundamental technical and design factors of photography, especially product photography. Digital techniques for image enhancement and processing.
