Learning outcomes

After completing this module successfully you will have conceptual, design, and practical skills in the invention and early development of software products, processes, services, and tools and can design, visualize, and demonstrate their ideas by simulation and prototyping. You will have developed rhetorical and analytical skills to evaluate the function, quality, and utility of a design proposal.

Module content

Moderated research, analysis, and evaluation of products and services in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, media, and electronics. Planning, visualization, and presentation of concept scenarios. Concept and production of simulation and interaction prototypes. Usability evaluation.
