After completing this module successfully you will have acquired a fundamental knowledge of project planning and management in interaction design. You will be able to structure methodically and carry out design projects using interdisciplinary thinking, operations, and problem solving methods. You will be able to present content using appropriate language, gestures, and media. You will be able to assess yourselves and the presentation situation and to present in English using an appropriate vocabulary.

Module content

Planning, organization, development, and execution of interaction design projects. Project cost control and budgeting. Project content evaluation. Planning resources and time. Quality control. Information and risk management. Managing project meetings and committees. Voice production (with concentration and breathing exercises). Techniques for presentation and dealing with presentation media and environments for presentations in German and English
