Learning outcomes

After completing this module successfully you will have become familiar with the procedures and operations in a professional design environment. Depending on your activities you will have become familiar with the practical aspects of one or more areas of the course. You will have learned to participate in teams and how to communicate with professional colleagues and clients. If your placement is abroad you will have develop your intercultural and language skills.

Module content

Introduction to the operations of a professional design unit through concrete tasks to be carried out with the greatest possible degree of independence. Company structure, operational organization, and business functions. Involvement in complex projects, experience in communication, and presentation.
